Where to find Mag Phos Cell Salts:

There are few different companies that offer cell salts. Some can be bought on amazon, while others need to be bought direct from the company.

The following can be found on Amazon:

Direct from the company:

I and E Organics offers sucrose and lactose based as well as liquid options.

Addressing Mag Phos Deficiency:

Magnesium Phosphate (Mag Phos) is a vital cell salt with numerous potential health benefits. Recognizing the signs of deficiency, both facial and physical, can help you take proactive steps to address your health and well-being. Always seek professional guidance for personalized advice on supplementation and overall health management.

All cell salts can be used for acute as well as chronic conditions. Obviously chronic conditions generally take longer to resolve, just like they took longer to develop.

If you find that you are in need of several different cell salts, they can be combined and taken all at one time. You do not need to address needs one at a time. Thank goodness!

Hi, thank you for the informative post! I noticed that Mag Phos is recommended for right sided Sciatica, what would be recommended for left sided Sciatica and also times when the pain doesn’t travel down a leg but is concentrated along the lower back, please?
I’m also curious as to the reason behind different remedies for different sides.

For cell salts l would look at kali phos as well as calc phos. The homeopathic arnica would be another to look at. The little nuances like the side of the body are really helpful when it comes to narrowing down which remedy is the best fit.
