12 Benefits of CBD Oil

  1. Pain Relief
  2. Nausea Relief
  3. Seizure Preventative
  4. Anxiety and Depression
  5. Restore Hormone Balance
  6. Neuroprotective Properties
  7. Skincare
  8. Antiparasitic
  9. Antiviral
  10. Antibacterial

Pain Relief

One of the most widely recognized benefits of CBD oil is its ability to alleviate both chronic and acute pain. It interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system, combating inflammation and reducing pain sensations.

Nausea Relief

CBD oil is believed to relieve nausea by interacting with the body’s serotonin receptors.

Seizure Preventative

Studies have shown that CBD oil can be very effective for epilepsy without the side effects of anti-epileptic drugs. It is believed to be effective by blocking a molecule called lysophosphatidylinositol (LPI) that, if it passes through the brain, amplifies nerve signals that could turn into seizures.

Anxiety and Depression

CBD oil has also shown promise in assisting individuals battling anxiety and depression. By interacting with the brain’s receptors, it may help regulate mood, reduce stress, and improve overall mental well-being.

Restore Hormone Balance

CBD oil can help to restore hormone balance by interacting with the body’s endocannabinoid system and endocrine system. The cannabinoids that are contained within CBD oil work to improve hormone receptors to improve the effectiveness of our natural hormones. CBD oil also works at reducing stress, which indirectly promotes healthy hormone production.

Neuroprotective Properties

Research suggests that CBD oil may have neuroprotective effects. It has demonstrated potential in treating seizure disorders like epilepsy and may inhibit the progression of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Skincare

CBD oil contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, making it a potential aid in managing various skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis.

Antiparasitic

Research suggests that CBD oil actually works to paralyze and stop the growth of parasites in the body. This then allows the body to eliminate parasites.

Antiviral

CBD oil has been found to be effective against viruses including ‘COVID’ by stopping viral replication.

Antibacterial

In addition to CBD being helpful with parasites and viruses, it is also helpful with fighting off bacterial infections as well.

Denatures Spike Proteins

Spike proteins, which are a toxin connected with ‘COVID’ as well a protein thought to be shed by those who have received any of the COVID vaccines is denatured by CBD.

Sleep

CBD oil is great in that it helps with sleep without making your feel sleepy, groggy or unresponsive once asleep. Instead, it helps you to get better restorative sleep. This allows you to wake up more refreshed, and still function like normal if someone needs you during the night.

Methods of CBD Oil Production

  1. CO2 Extraction: This method utilizes carbon dioxide under high pressure and low temperatures to extract CBD from the hemp plant and leave everything else behind. This creates a yellow sludge looking substance.
  2. Solvent Extraction: This method involves using solvents like ethanol or butane to extract CBD from the plant material. Although effective, it may leave behind traces of the solvent, which can be harmful if not properly removed.
  3. MCT Oil: In this traditional method, CBD oil is made by heating MCT oil from coconuts and the hemp plant. Nothing chemical is used, so there are no risks of solvents being left behind and the whole flower is used.

CBD Oil Brand Recommendation

Venerable Aubert Herbals is the brand that I use. The code drmarissabrand gets you free shipping no matter the order size.

This particular brand is made with organic ingredients and is made in the traditional way. I prefer my CBD oil to be made this way as I believe God made things the way they are intentionally. By separating out individual components of something there is a good chance we are missing out on some synergistic compounds and doing ourselves a disservice. In general I prefer things that are created in a natural manner.

Venerable Aubert Herbals also regularly lab tests their oils, so you know you are getting a clean and powerful oil.

How to Use CBD Oil

  1. Sublingual Method: The most common way to consume CBD oil is by placing a few drops under the tongue and holding it there for about 60-90 seconds before swallowing. This allows for faster absorption into the bloodstream.
  2. Topical Application: CBD oil can be used topically to target specific areas of pain, inflammation, or skin conditions. Simply apply a few drops to the affected area and gently massage it in.

When starting to use CBD start with 1/4 of a dropper and slowly work up to a dropper or higher if you need more.

CBD oil offers a range of potential health benefits, making it an attractive natural alternative to traditional medications. From pain relief and anxiety management to skincare applications, CBD oil has emerged as a versatile option for those seeking holistic wellbeing. The production methods employed determine the purity and quality of the oil, with CO2 extraction being highly regarded. When using CBD oil, it is essential to choose a dosage and method that best suits your needs. Consult with a healthcare professional if necessary.

Now is the time to explore the world of CBD oil and unlock its potential for a healthier, balanced lifestyle.
